BattleStrong UNLEASH

This isn’t a workout…it’s an experience.

Turn down the lights. Turn up the music. Leave your doubts at the door.

BattleStrong UNLEASH is a high-energy dance fitness experience designed to help you move, sweat, and feel stronger—physically and mentally. Whether you’ve been dancing for years or have two left feet, this class is for every body and every fitness level.

At BattleStrong, we believe fitness should be empowering, exciting, and something you genuinely look forward to. UNLEASH combines the energy of a dance club with the purpose of a workout, creating an atmosphere where you’ll forget you’re exercising and simply enjoy moving.
