SWFL Ladies Bootcamp

Come join Stacy Greer, co-owner, master trainer and nutritionist every Tuesday and Thursday night for Ladies Bootcamp! It is a one hour long session that focuses on functional training, endurance, core, strength, and so much more! Bootcamp is for all ages and ability levels. Exercises can be modified to accommodate various levels, prior injuries, and for other various reasons.  


This group of women that comes together, is positive, supportive, fun, dedicated and hard working. If you are looking for a solid workout to assist in meeting your long and short term fitness goals this group is for YOU!


Cost: $80 for 8 sessions

Belly Blaster Challenge

Plan Description

This Challenge will be focused on YOUR caloric burn and ensure you are meeting the goals necessary to blast off the excess in those drive you crazy areas. Bring on the 6 packs! This challenge will include workouts, BMR Based Nutrition, trends, metrics, goals, and more!

  • Your customized Caloric Burn Goal
  • 6 Days of Programmed Workouts Per Week
  • BMR Based Nutrition Plan
  • Selection of Walk/Cardio Workouts 7 Days Per Week
  • Weekly Check-Ins with Metrics
  • Nutrition and Water Logging/Tracking
  • Stat and Compliance Tracking with Trends
  • Chat and support with Nick and Stacy
  • Group Chat for all challenge participants

How it works

  • Belly Blaster Challenge begins on June 3rd!
  • You must complete a minimum of 4 Workouts Per Week with a total of 20 workouts for the duration of the challenge.
  • You must meet your caloric burn goal (energy) 5 times per week. Your energy goal will be updated and customized following sign-up and completed check-in/onboarding.
  • You must have 80% compliance on food logging and water logging.
  • You must complete your weekly check-in via the progress section of the app with pictures and measurements.
  • Cardio Sessions are optional but will be included for your use. If it comes down to a tie break situation, ALL stats and logs will be looked at and taken into account.
  • 10 Minute Post Meal Walks will be included. These walks are meant to be completed following each of your meals, for best results, and maximum benefits. For the walks to be counted, you must complete them a minimum of 2 hours apart.
  • You must post your completed workout/walk/cardio, on FB with your picture, for it to count - this is for accountability purposes. Each workout, must be one post, not a collection of the week or day. If you have technical issues when attempting to post please send a direct message via the app chat so we can get it addressed with a screenshot of the issue. You can save the image to your camera roll before posting to make sure you can still post it if you do run into problems. (Most issues occur on the FB platform as it is a third party and do tend to have issues from time to time).
  • You must complete a progress check-in with a before picture and stats by the start date of the challenge - June 3, 2024.
  • Those that are local will have the local Ladies Bootcamp added onto their schedule and one Bootcamp, per week, one will count towards total workouts per week.
  • The person that meets all of the eligibility requirements and/or goes above and beyond the eligibility requirements will be the WINNER!

Muddy Princess April 13

Some of our BattleStrong Ladies Bootcamp participants (aka BattleStrong Babes) took on the Muddy Princess at the Redneck Mud Park in Punta Gorda, FL this past Saturday! We are so incredibly proud of them for taking on the challenge, completing their mission, and most importantly had a GREAT time doing it!
